Following a period of continued growth, award-winning Northern Accountants had to reassess the use of its office space if it was to set the right impression for clients and staff.
This financial practice had enjoyed three successful years in its Howley Park offices in Morley, Leeds. But having gone from strength to strength and recruited along the way, it seemed there was limited scope for further expansion, within Northern Accountants’ existing premises.
Conveniently located only a few miles away, Redefined Group met Northern Accountants’ founder Phil Ellerby at the space planning and design phase, to assess how to make optimum use of the office environment.
Impressed with their ideas, Phil appointed Redefined Group to undertake this interior fit out assignment. He explains: “Very quickly, the team swung into action, overhauling our ground floor by giving us a welcoming new reception, meeting room, more formal boardroom and archive room. Our office has moved to the first floor, where we now have an open plan scheme with 14 modern workstations, rather than the six desks we previously had downstairs. There is a well-equipped kitchenette up there too.
“Best of all, Redefined Group took care of everything, from the new partitions, joinery and plastering to the plumbing and decorating. This seamless approach was exactly what we needed as a busy organisation.”
